I’m Kris Altiere, and I’ve spent over twenty years helping businesses move from almost to actually—from founder-led chaos to marketing systems that scale. Most founders I meet are stuck in the “almost stage”. They know their business is ready to grow up. They just don’t know how to get there without everything falling apart.
That’s the gap I help them close.
After over twenty years as a marketing leader, I’d built marketing from scratch over and over again at companies. Scaled companies from $1M to $25M. Hired dozens of marketers. Launched numerous products and platforms. But I kept seeing the same pattern: founders stuck at almost. They’d built incredible businesses but couldn’t professionalize the marketing. They’d hire too early and get the wrong person. Or hold on too long and become the bottleneck. Or build “professional” marketing that lost what made them feel special.
